Hello! I'm Liliana, an enthusiastic Colombian who has found her home in beautiful Valencia, Spain. My journey here has been a roller coaster of experiences, challenges, and, most of all, dreams come true.

I began my career in Bogotá, Colombia, graduating with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the Universidad Javeriana. I then decided to venture to Spain to continue my academic training, earning two master's degrees in Digital Creation, Multimedia, and Visual Arts.

After living in Spain, I had the opportunity to work in Mexico and Canada, where I gained valuable knowledge in Design Management and Marketing. It was in Canada where I gave birth to my daughter and was inspired to pursue a career in the hospitality industry.

My love for Italian food and my entrepreneurial spirit led me to create a mobile pizzeria, an experience that taught me everything about the art and business of pizza. Motivated by my passion, I decided to return to Spain and bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to the streets of Valencia through my food truck.

I am an entrepreneurial mother who has overcome obstacles to make her dreams a reality. My story is a testament to the fact that dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.
